i9 Sports Photo Day will be your next Game Day!

Players, Parents, and Coaches. Here’s how to be “picture-ready” for Photo day!

1. Parents and Coaches:  Please gather your team and report for photos at your scheduled appointment time. It's not necessary to wait for latecomers to arrive. Please alert them to stop by our table later,  and we will work them in. We want to be sure they are included in your digital team photo.    

2. Please be in full uniform with player’s shirt tucked in.  They should have a piece of sport equipment to pose with; i.e. ball glove, bat, stick, poms, etc.

3. The individual photos of Players and Coaches will be digitally-combined to create a unique Team Photo including everyone.  Each individual photo will feature exciting graphics as well.

4. There’s NO PREPAYMENT REQUIRED. In about a week after picture day, you’ll receive a link by email to go online to see your photos, and order securely if you wish.  You’ll see NEW, LOWER PRICES this year.

5. Any order you make will be mailed directly to your home. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  

6. Everyone receives a complimentary Photo Bag Tag. Your complimentary photo bag will be delivered later to your Coach for distribution at a future game.

7. Coaches photographed with their team will receive a complimentary team photo print, and a “Buddy” portrait taken with their child.

If you have any questions, please contact PortraitEFX directly, NOT the i9 Office.  They will not have your file or be able to answer photo-related questions.
