Photo orders must be paid in full when you place the order. for online orders, we accept debit cards and all major credit cards.

If you have prepaid for your order onsite when photos were taken, and pay by check, be advised that there is a $30 charge for returned checks. 

If you are dissatisfied with your photo order for any reason, please contact us by email at arizona@portraitefx.com, or by phone at 480-856-3933. We will be happy to remake your photos, refund your money upon return of photos, or offer a retake, if one is available. 

Sorry, there are NO refunds on the purchase of Digital File downloads.
